SALES TAX:

Sale Tax  is not  included in prices. 

 

CREDIT TERMS:

Credit is offered to approved credit dealers only. 

To become approved for credit, please contact BSD International Marketing and your dealer credit application will be sent to you.  

Credit approval takes approximately three weeks. BSD International Marketing reserves the right to close an account without prior written notice.

 

TERMS:

All prices are net C.O.D. unless approved credit is authorized. 

If you have terms, payment is due 30 Days from the date of the invoice. 

A monthly interest penalty of 2% will be charged on all overdue accounts. NSF charge is $ 45.00.

 

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice, and will be confirmed prior to shipment on all telephone orders. We reserve the right to correct all typographical pricing errors.

 

TELEPHONE ORDERS:

Our business hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (EST) Monday to Friday. 

Please ask for the order desk. We would greatly appreciate a purchase order or reference number when you place an order. 

Price confirmation and current stock availability will be confirmed when you place the order.

 

FAST DELIVERY:

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Woodbridge , Ontario. We use a courier of your preference, but alternate shipping arrangement can be made with prior notice. 

All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually the same day.

 

PURCHASE ORDERS:

Use a company purchase order form to place your orders. When sending P.O. to confirm an offer placed by telephone, please indicate that it is a confirmation to avoid duplicate shipping and invoicing.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Before returning goods under warranty or damaged goods claim, contact BSD International Marketing for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). 

Goods must be returned in their original complete packaging, with all packing materials included. 

A restocking charge of 25% and/or an administration fee will be applied towards any credit or refund. 

Return shipments must be prepaid.

 

WARRANTY POLICY:

BSD warrants our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery for switches and 3 years for converters excluding power  packs and fans  while 5 years for Industrial Line (unless otherwise specified). Product defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by act of God (flood, fire, storm etc) or exceeding working temperature specified in product specifications are not within warranty coverage. Incorrect cabling, misuse, abuse or unauthorized repair are not warranted. If a product is returned damaged or defective, but no fault is found, BSD International Marketing reserves the right to charge a minimum "NO FAULT FOUND" Charge of $ 35.00.

 

FOR SHIPPING POINT:

All prices are F.O.B. BSD International Marketing offices and showroom in Woodbridge, Ontario. 

Freight charges are prepaid and added in the invoice total.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Always check your merchandise for damage upon receipt. Note any damages on the bill of lading. Either have the driver sign for it or if you discover a problem after unpacking your goods contact BSD International Marketing Immediately. We will file a claim and reship your goods to you.
